Youve put into words what i could never have tha kyouuuu!! i rlly thought this was slop on the beginning for lack of better word... but in the end I became attached to everyone especially since season 2!!! It rlly picked up then. I also love daeshik and sohae the most, such silly creatures. Especially when daeshik said they were similar. I love them so much and love how happy the ending is and wish there was more,though I'm satisfied because they're happy!!! Truly did not expect this bc ngl I just read this for the porn and came out a changed man...

i’ve never read a BL with characterization this good. it’s so refreshing to see flawed characters right their wrongs and unhappy people fight tooth and nail to be happy. i’m autistic and sohae had struck a cord so deep inside me by the end of this story i cried when she got a gf, seeing her happy with such good friends makes me happy too. im very picky when it comes to characterization and i prefer v in-depth characters so in the beginning i really didn’t like most of the characters as they were introduced. sohae was sketchy and creepy, daeshik was cringe and annoying, taeyoung(?) just didn’t have any good qualities but the authors did so well writing them that by the end i loved everyone (which is RARE coming from me).
of course, i am bias because sohae and daeshik seem very neurodivergent coded and as an autistic i see a lot of myself in them. and im also in a similar boat as jihyun; certain childhood trauma caused me to be hypersexual at an extremely young age and it’s just gotten worse as ive grown older. but the characters, the plot, the everything about this story is just so so beautiful and wraps up so nicely. it’s rare that i actually like the side couples & characters and it’s unfathomable for me to like the side characters & couple more than the main but man, i loved every single couple and every single character. i hope to have a bf as cute as yosef. daeshik u lucky bastard.
i’ll remember this story for a very long time and will probably reread it yearly. i was sad when i saw the author say that sohae was v disliked and received a lot of hate but that’s ok! i will love her enough for everyone!! i will love her more than her gf!! sohae is a cutie patootie and no one is a bigger fan of hers than me!!!!! NO ONE !!! YOU HEARD IT HERE FIRST FOLKS I AM SOHAE’S BIGGEST FAN. if u think u like her more than me u are just veritably, factually, and unadulterally wrong.
TLDR: picky autistic finds /the/ story. gay man falls in love with sohae. horny gremlin finds the first piece of media where the plot and story makes me more horny than the smut.
this story gives me hope that i can live a normal life despite not being normal. here’s to hoping i will find friends and lover(s) as amazingly understanding as these lil guys. what a bunch of great lads :’)
