I am not trying to criticize you for your personal opinions but the thing is abandoned people certainly have issues. No matter how shitty our parents may be , unless we are fully healed from the trauma, we will accept them. May be cuz of social norm's too. And here, in the situation, MC believes that the ML will sooner or later return to his planet, which made him make a wall around him cuz he didn’t want to get abandoned again. Ig. Um yea i yapped lol

I can understand Sohan’s unwilling attachment to his dead-beat dad, but what I don’t understand is his thinking that Sihwa is going to leave him. Sihwa straight up told him he’s taking him back with him. Even if he doesn’t want to leave Earth, how did he come to the conclusion Sihwa is/wants to abandon him?
Could be coz I've never been in love (or coz I have self respect [I am really petty]), the second my love interest chooses someone like the dad over me, it's over.
[I understand the thought process of MC choosing the dad, but again, me personally- no.]
