Not really a spoiler. It was mentioned in ch1 that yeowoon's "online" friend and him made a bet and winner gets 1 wish granted. The "online" friend won and wished for them to meet irl. it was told this was 1 year into their online friendship. What we're reading now is just recollection of the past leading up to that point.
