I get you wouldn't want a whole story about a healthy relationship, but I couldn't fucking sleep knowing he ended up with that abusive motherfucker. Like some spice is okay, but uke is so broken. It's so sad. I don't want him to go through that shit

You two are absolutely right! That being said, I still like fucked up plots with all sorts of pathologies and violence. I think this is a problem only when you don't understand that it's twisted and you romanticize it. Many stories do this, luckily this one doesn't. And the psychology here is, in my opinion, realistic and very good written. Anyway, I'm here for that drama and angst. But it would be also nice if it could show us healig process later too.
