I don't think so... Tho green guy seem to start caring for Charin. I checked some raws and the translation isn't that far from last update so we can tell yet. Charin still waits for jin after all.

From the raws thon Charin is strongly obsessed with the protag Jin. He's a bit of a tsudere... His thoughts is all over the place... There's a scene with shooting stars while Jin(mc) wish to be happy with his friends/gang, (unfortunately they all succumb to the drug, got executed, had monsters came out of their body, killed themselves or die bc of the drug Green guy gave them), Charin mentally wish that Jin won't be taken from him and that he won't fall in love with Jin. Past forward to present time, the drug finally caught to Charin. Initial he tried to kill himself but remembers Jin's letter to not break. He starts vomiting blood later is pressubly dying, he thinks/confess he had been in love with Jim since the first time he saw him. Green guy tried to rush him to the medic and the last chapter ends there. Also Jin arrived to their(gang) old place which is all destroyed.

I get that the six from sunny kindergarten are all partnered up. ( i think the yellow haired and the head of security will be paired up, they might not realized it yet)
will charin be with the green guy?
