Real. But to answer your question, it's easy to tell the difference of the art from the latest chapter (38) and from the season one. If you compare it, the first season has a much more detail on the hair, eyes, and skin. And on the second season, the hair-eye-skin isn't doesnt have as much shading or details. And the second season has tons of chibi styles (?)
