I've read the novel like, a year ago, so I may not remember things correctly but I'll try my best ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

• Unfortunately, what you said is right. The people who used Dohee won't be able to experience Deborah's wrath but hey who knows, they might be experiencing some real karma. What's important is She's living a good life now.
•Speaking of life, Deborah is a reincarnation of Saintess Nyla and this is her third life. Isidore Visconti is also the reincarnation of the first Duke of Visconti.
• They were travel companions and things happened that resulted in Nyla's death. During her last moments she mentions how she will be a villain in her next life to suit his taste — because Duke Visconti rejected her before saying he "doesn't like good girls."
• Duke Visconti then said she has to be reborn twice in order to be a bad girl, because she's just too kind.
• Then she lived as Dohee in S. Korea in her second life and "read" a novel with a villain named Deborah, died a second time and reborn as a 'Villain'.
• In the end, I think this reincarnation thing is to show how Deborah and Isidore are fated to be together. Like every other reincarnation manhwa there is.
