I read the novel and considering how much pain he put mc through, the redemption didn't feel enough to me. The grovelling was also very unsatisfactory
There is a good amount of regret, but it may not feel satisfactory bc it happens while uke is not conscious/sober so the uke doesn’t really feel it as much
Oh there is ML regret and it's soooooo satisfying and high key fun to read. Tho you may need to do yourself a favor and stop reading there cuz the ending where the MC and ML are practically forced together is des.cus.ting.
Before I start reading this, does the seme regret and suffer horribly at some point? Because I like it when they suffer, beg and cry as much as the seme(s) in Intoxicated Love, Into the Deep, Substitute Relationship, etc
