Og uke does end up falling for MC but MC didn't realized and kept trying to pair him up with Og seme, until the Og second seme appears, in the original story Og ss dies because Og S was jealous, but because Og U fell in love with MC, Og SS kidnaps MC with the intention too kill him but is stopped by Og S,
MC asks Og S if he intends to kill Og U and Og SS and he answered maybe
The OG seme and OG uke ends up falling in love with MC? Cause with this kind of plot it usually happends that way orrrr MC became close with either and either of them gets jealous (like MC and OG Seme became friends then OG uke gets jealous of OG seme so he steals MC from the OG seme, and then realized they were really just friends(note: MC and OG uke are the endgame in this reference I'm using)). Or maybe its a 3 people relationship? (which I highly doubt)
