I think on this site it's called The Man at Night but I definitely recommend it has similar vibes
Ooo just thought of some I love them all and they deal with mafia/yakuza and some questionable characters: down and dirty, Naked Sword and the Tree Peony of Black (loveee this I always go back and reread), walk on water (same author), rouge and its prequel “Aka To Kuro” all of them
