WHY
may i know why? (haven't read this one yet)
I will try to make it short and simple. Either way I will get hate for this comment considering so many people like this manhwa.
1) MC's mental stability is extremely weak. This is expected, and I understand why it is so, considering his circumstances. But this leads to my next point,
2) MC makes bad decisions. In the course of the manhwa where they had to fight, due to his mental instability he has almost caused the team to fail and possibly die. When he is told to stay back to rest, he still insists on following. I don't think he is following because he cares about the others, he cares about how he feels. That feels selfish to me. People's lives are at stake.
3) MC is contradicting. This I blame the author. Throughout the course of the manhwa, he has been focusing on dying. Yet the author shows signs of him improving, only to make it come crashing down by making MC trying to kill himself 2 times. "The answer I seek" should not be found from others but yourselves. He wants to die, but ultimately wants someone to save him. So which one is it?
4) He doesn't get any help, doesn't try to seek any help, chooses to wallow in self pity, self destruct.
This is my opinion, so it might not be true for you lovers. But this is how I feel. Feel free to refute my opinions, but I don't be replying.
ok but as someone who suffers from mental illnesses and suicide idealization from time to time, 3 and 4 are the pretty realistic. not that you arent allowed to like those traits, but its very common and the most expected outcome imo
