Well I don't think the age gap is that big, according to Japan's grade system
Miyai meet him when he's 13-14
His tutor have an elite brand, maybe he's skipping grades to Uni so he can be 18-19
That's nomal to me...
I think that they have a romantic relationship up to now (when Miyai on highschool)
