i love how complex of a character penelope is. she really has laid out all the reasons why she was acting that way, that's why i don't under why people are hating her. if i were on her position, i would undoubtedly do what she did too.
(tho sometimes it frustrates me how she can see people caring for her, but she literally grew up without experiencing it so it's understandable, i still like her)
