Its a BL, the bottom is chubby I guess, the ML is a rich/popular kid. Its a school love story. The bottom doesn't have any friends and is lonely so the top makes bottom think they are friends, says he is cute and gets close to him, but then starts avoiding him. Top literally manipulates the bottom. Top is an asshole who doesn't have genuine feelings for the bottom and he is playing with him.
