i love this but what is going awnnn!!!! hahaha the only thing i understood is that touka isn't the one getting targeted, it's actually miyako. and miyako was saved by touka's family (or was probably gifted by another yakuza in a way where the father had to see him like that) and when a guest tried to claim him he twisted and turned their necks and thats why he has to leave every night of touka's birthday.
