Personally, when it comes to romance/BL/GL, I usually favour manga. Mostly for two reasons; it’s what I started with and I’ve also been learning Japanese for 8+ years now so it’s what I’m most comfortable with. But I find myself reading a manhua/manhwa/webtoon every now and then because sometimes I want a much longer read, and all the good manga are too short.
You’d think the lack of colour or presence of colour would be a factor but… I don’t have a preference there, it barely registers
I like manga more cause I'm a fast reader and all the scrolling with manhwa makes my thumb hurt lol
I read both , but i usually prefer reading mangas one reason is cuz it's short and completed and sex is not upto 4 chapters straight, mangas has black and white I feel more emotional reading black and white stuff more than colorfull, manhwa can't be hate fully except some famous ones i hate .
I think most people's greater love for Manhwas is because of It's colorful, easier to read than the manga, and chapters come out weekly.
I really like manhwa but I would like to hear why other people would consider manwha better than manga and also if anyone stopped reading manga after switching. You guys can give detailed examples why you think its better than manga ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
