Hmmm, difficult to say because his personality was altered by the ghost of that former emperor. But I think he would be more cruel that Claude maybe? Because he keeps saying Claude is too soft xD

I saw someone saying Anasthasius would be a better than Claude if he had a chance. I can’t imagine it but what do you guys think?
