I don’t think he’s necessarily jealous but more like annoyed or a little mad that he might not get to be near her or even lose the opportunity to marry her because we all know he’s interested in the light powers and since hers are the strongest he wants to marry her to always be in control of himself as he’ll always be near her

He is visibly upset that someone else is taking what he believes is his. Like who is more strong (political matterss,) Theon or any other Noble? None but a prince from a neighbor country or a Duke can wed the princess
I keep having to catch myself and remember that this isn’t the normal type of rebirth story where the original husband ignored his wife for some stupid reason. It’s fucked up that Theon was essentially using Dorothy to get closer to her brother and homegirl was unhealthily obsessed in the first timeline so that relationship was just doomed. And now he’s trying to get closer to her (presumably because she “awakened” the spirit powers) but the fact that he’s showing jealousy towards her relationship with Ethan is just weird to me cause Theon and Dorothy don’t have much of a relationship in this timeline so I find it odd that he’s so upset that she’s close with Ethan but there’s also a good chance I’m forgetting something cause I read so many of these things. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
