I've read some stories with that trope and I always thought that it's a way of coping which would be unhealthy but like a way for them "clean" themselves so they can forget it since they're with someone they like. It's uncomfortable & wrong but ig that's the point
I’m on chapter 42 idk if I’ll finish this has a lot of tropes I dislike but the chemistry has been good so far. But I hate hate hate the trope of the uke being rescued from SA and then right after sleeping with his love interest it’s just so wrong
