Uke was kind of held hostage by an illegal organisation that produces and sells drugs. Seme's organisation is their rival and found out there's an Omega who makes high quality drugs for them. They decided to k!ll everyone including the omega. When the organisation got attacked, uke pretended to be a beta and buy some time for his female colleague (who he claimed was the omega) to hide. He somehow managed to convince them to let him live in exchange of creating a new, high quality drugs for them.
