Well it's only the first chapter, but so far SPOILER
Noone gets sucked into the game. One of the (main?) characters is an Operator and can control their partner the Mover (MC) to fight in the game battles. These battles happen in real life. Also, they use chinese names when the manga's authors are listed as japanese, and it seems to read from left to right like a manwha so... is this even the right upload?
BUT, seems interesting so far
