I think she did it on purpose. In the chapter she was talking about how no matter how she dresses up the nobles will still talk at the hunting grounds. So I'm pretty sure she wore it on purpose thinking the nobles will leave her alone then.

I get why she fainted after fighting off the enemies but i don't get how and why she went to the hunt in 3 inch stiletto heels??? FL was SPRINTING in those stilettos
