MC finds out about what is happening in the cave, ML takes him to a room and decides to have hard sex with him so MC hates him even more and stops being attached to him. So yeah he is having sex with him while MC is crying saying that he doesn't want to and begging him to stop and of course ML doesn't listen.

I knooooooow! But it doesn't look as bad as it is lol you know how the author always finds a way to normalize it and try to make it hot. And you can see the ML being conflicted I guess, but it was soooo unnecessary anyway.
I am seriously tired of the "I will make you hate me because I want to protect you because I am a bad guy and I don't want you to suffer but I don't know how and can't communicate" R4pe plot.
The ML was perfect, not because he was literally perfect, but because he was so well-written...to have that at the end....
