I don't think so because in chapter 1, it looked like she had straight and long black hair. Also, I think she would have entered the tutorial stage in the same location as her brother since that's the tutorial for Korea. My guess would be that these three are from the European or American tutorial stage, which seems to be located somewhere outside the continent.
