It’s because they uploaded a placeholder
The place holder is meant for new upcoming chapters that haven't been put out yet. Ch 150 never got updated and was skipped likely in error thinking they updated it bc they updated ch 151 instead.
Chapter 150 is missing. It skipped to ch 151
