You mean the kids she wasn’t able to bond with? The ones who were poisoned against her by the stepmothers while she was too ill to get out of bed? He even sided with the stepmothers in that scenario. She barely ever even got to see them, which is why she was willing to jump ship. She knew marrying Ian would mean those kids would never be born, but it wasn’t an issue because she knew if she stayed she would just be used as a womb, and that her kids would be raised and kept away from her by the same women that abuse her.
