I think it just means volume 3 end. On mangaupdates, it says it's still ongoing though I am unsure when the next volume will be out though.
Praying to god that there are more volumes to come because I can't accept that as an end if it is truly the end

Probably not the end. This author usually takes a while to publish so there should be a volume 4 coming out but it should take some time. The same goes for the other works from the same author. They all tend to have a long hiatus that can last years.
