Well if you consider that he has a weak body compared to his brother, so he can't learn the ways of the sword, also his family has a sword background so he in losing favor here. What will become a knight family if the Head can't even swing a sword? He has to use his head more, he's scheming. That's what i thought, idk about everyone else though. (Bad English, sr)
That makes total sense!! I’m hopeful that’s all it is, I’d hate for Vlad to be tied to a sus guy. Vlad is definitely honorable and loyal type person!!
Well, he is still sus, but he and i think every other characters want to and love to see Vlad of Soarah to become a true knight. They want him to grown ups as a knight but also as a human, so the the brother (joseph i believe) want to invest in Vlad, a high risk pawn, but if he was right betting on Vlad then he will become the heir of his family... Well, i BS too much. Sorry.
I think he also genuinely cares for Vlad.
I don't think he thinks of him as a pawn, something higher like a bishop or queen. Something he wants protect and choose to be one of the last things he has to sacrifice.
i really like how the brother (ruitger??) isn’t a shitty guy. the fight for head of the family isn’t messy nor is there a bad vs good candidate
The brother Vlad serves was giving off very sus vibes, especially in comparison to the brother he hunted the worm with, guess it was just me overthinking?!?! Anyone else?? Cause now he just appears to be a decent guy just fighting for family head.
