not like I hope the mc stays alone forever or something. just the age mentality is too much. if the age gab is not big then its okay. But when you isekai into a younger person and has an adult Mentality, it's like pedo but with a cover of younger outer appearance. They should not be fine being dating/engaging with young people. maybe crushing on a person who is as old as they were before iwaki or reincarnation is better? not sure cuz it never happened.
if you say that 'its fine when they grow older to where mc's original age-' no, it's still not right. it's basically grooming the other person.
I personally is fine with world hopping with 1v1 cuz you know their partners are the same age in soul. while most times their partner don't remember them, it's basically a old couple but with one that has amnesia every world. idk it's just different compared to that.

I agree so much with you... the cherry on top of the grooming for me is when they are step/adopted siblings... it disgusts me too much... world hopping/quick transmigration at least have adult mls most of the time. And the horror of having an adult modern woman behaving like a young teen that knows nothing about society after transmigration...

really, it's confusing how they can be that naive living in the modern era with their age, while they can be slow or even can get tricked at the start, that's because they are in a different place what has a whole different System then ours. the main issues is that they continue to be that naive. if they are teens when they isekai that would explain it but nowadays it's a normal adult person. or even middle age. I would wish they would at least be mature....
Yeah... I think I first noticed the problems with rofan with a isekai manga where a adult woman, with child and husband get isekai'd in a teenager and in like 3 to 5 chapters fall in love with the prince... whom she herself points out is the. same. age. as. her. daughter. I don't even remember the name anymore... but after that rofan was never the same to me.
I can't read it without considering their inner age. Be it regressors, possessors or reincarnators... That's why I like the villainess reverses the hourglass and the I've become the adopted daughter of the male lead. They don't forget their real age... and even when Leonia acts bratty/childishly you can still see a trace of an adult inside.
But back to this comic... I actually dropped it... cuz I can't come to like mc. The way he acts doesn't feel realistic at all... like... he got his youth back... but keeps acting as if he didn't. From those fugly af clothes to his condescending attitude towards younger people... idk... if he is trying to not draw attention the least he could do is try to look and act like he looks... it kinda feels like I'm reading about a boomer karen... and it doesn't really interests me... and he also... acts too dumb and unwise for someone who's 80...
I hope no romance in here, because it would be creepy as fuck
