I've met a few people like him who just says what they want and does what they want. While it /is/ annoying and uncomfortable at first, it takes 5 seconds to recognize that they mean no harm to it, just playing around. I personally think it's nice to be around people who aren't always stepping around glass shards.
I think its part of the charm that makes him a little more... appealing and compatible (?) The uke won't go out of his comfort zone (aka the walls he unconsciously built from trauma) if he isn't eased out of it. The plot illustrates the walls as something akin to poison for him, and I think the top's personality is a reasonable choice.
But maybe, that's just me. Who knows.

Like I understand this is a manhwa, it’s fiction, it’s not that serious, etc , but still if the whole point is that he’s a sweet considerate seme, just have him stop doing things when the uke asks him to
