I think the money thing is just a way to manipulate her to stay in that reality without making it too obvious. The game keeps trying to get her in debt to keep her there. Also the chapter with the familiars is there i think you skipped a chapter
But the most important is : who is trying to get money from her if this is not a game? Demon Guy would be the obvious suspect but he seems to be working with the system, not controling it.... Might be the person with the bunny familiar.
Also, very important : did we miss a chapter? Betwen her family worried for her coma and her waking up? Say, the chapter where the familiars acquisition happens?! (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
