So basically the constellations (some specific nebulas like olympus and vedas) want KDJ to die right? So they used the power of ' fate ' on him, fate is sort of like a prophecy that is extremely hard to avoid, except it can have different meanings that people don't expect (not a spoiler, it's pretty much what 'fate' in this type of setting is)
Now, Hot black jacket guy or YJH's sponsor has been unknown even throughout TWSA or ways of survival and has never once interacted with YJH in the novel, meaning KDJ has no information on them whatsoever.
YJH, being someone who has went through regression believes that this world is better with KDJ (as stated in the chapter) as he got an amazing amount of companions within a short period of time, and this believes KDJ can save the world. However, he also has the same question as KDJ, what happens to the world he regresses from?
So he goes to ask his sponsor about it, who surprisingly replies, stating that the world would still be there, even if he regresses
As stated before, YJH's sponsor never once interacted with him in the original novel, so KDJ is fairly surprised at the fact that the constellation actually replied and answered YJH's question.
As for whom YJH's sponsor is, that's a spoiler (a big one, as it has a lot of significance to the story) I can still tell you tho, but it'd be best if you google it
