micheal is an esper and Adam is his guide back when monster still running the earth. so basically its like a work relationship ( guiding session include sex that's why they slept together)

It's a guideverse manhwa so it helps to know the basic foundations for that trope. In guideverse there are two types of special people: espers and guides. Espers have superpowers, but the downside is that using those powers can cause them to go out of control. If it gets bad enough, they literally explode like a bomb. Guides help relieve those side effects so that it doesn't get to that point. This is usually done through physical touch. The more intimate the touch, the better the healing. TLDR: having sex = healing espers
From what we've seen so far, Adam was a guide for Michael. The sex scene we saw is probably Adam guiding (healing) Michael. We don't know how far Adam's feelings go for Michael yet. But Michael is/was definitely interested in Adam (possession? love?). Michael's memories of Adam have been erased. We don't know why they did that yet.
