Can be!! Grey/Hazaki (obviously) has the same mole on his neck as Aruse! But how come the inspector would not recognize that it's Aruse? I mean either the blond Grey or the black-haired Hazaki is the real Grey, right? I mean appearance. Don't tell it's all coincidence because that would be quite impossible, having the exact moles on the exact area.
Not saying you're wrong, but that is 100% possible.
Maybe a really long time has passed? And if I didn't know they were the same character I wouldn't think blond Grey and Black Hazaki were the same person. Then again, the cop should be more observant.
For readers, we wouldn't know but for an inspector and in real life he should've known. Plus from his dream, he still knows Aruse's face, not blurred, so he still remembers his face, I think rather it should be, unless the author decides that he doesn't and the only thing he remembers were the moles. Either Grey/Hazaki has amnesia and just inspector didn't recognize him by face, whichever is Grey/Hazaki's real appearance, or Grey/Hazaki altered his face, surgery or something that he is totally unrecognizable and also has amnesia --- WHUT? HAHA WHAT A THEORY.
Though, I think we should first find out which face/appearance is the real Grey/Hazaki. LOL
Gray is Hazaki (because it's obvious). and I believe Gray is Aruse, because from his mole and I think... the inspector known Aruse when he was young/little so Aruse's face is a bit changed, so he forgot.
Could Grey possibly have amnesia?
