They finished the novel and they still don't like Ines I love Ines and it hurts but I gotta respect a novel reader.
It's probably because she kept playing "victim
" Personally I think it's justified tho. She had liked 4 lives and suffered for 3 of it.
But it doesn't erase the fact that she manipulated and used Carcel. She used and in a sense "groomed" Carcel knowing he was a manwhore in order to escape marriage with the prince.
Isekais with grown people in kids bodies make me kinda iffy... Like that's a whole ass adult cosplaying as a kid.
Anyways going back I see their pov

Most likely it’s because she got to know the real Ines. Novel readers have said many times that the manhwa has covered up a lot of Ines’s flaws. While they indeed follow the novel, they washed away all the blame and faults that are hers. There are some novel readers who come away from the novel and boldly state that Ines didn’t deserve Carcel. I think I understand why they say that and it’s because the novel continued to reveal just how kind Carcel has always been to her and how dreadfully she treated him not only in this timeline with in other timelines. Ines herself for a very long time began to think that Carcel is too good for her. She only rectified that mindset when Carcel’s own mother gave her excellent advice on love and feeling inadequate because of one’s partner. Ines knows herself very well so she doesn’t deny her bad personality and bad actions as she begins to change. In the beginning she justified her bad actions all the time.
I think the reason why Ines felt unworthy for a long time is because she truly has lived dramatic lives and Carcel has always been kind to her even when she treated him terribly or even when she treated his life indifferently. Ines comes to learn a lot of things about the real Carcel. Truly when the story began, she didn’t know him well. She based her knowledge of him on rumors from the crown princess timeline. As the novel story unfolds, both the reader and Ines find out that he’s truly a good man at heart. Even the way Ines watched him take care of his brother when sudden tragedy struck…all of his behavior moved Ines as well as the way he treasures her and takes care of her. As long as the manhwa sticks to the novel, there will be powerful moments that proves the Carcel cherishes her life above his own life.
Also, the author of the novel already commented on the manhwa and stated she’s sorry that Carcel is the only one being unilaterally hated when she considers both Ines and Carcel to be flawed characters. I will post her comment in another post. Author also recently came out to address complaints about her current female lead and she reminded readers that she warned them that her current female lead is WORST than Ines. This is the author acknowledging that she deliberately wrote Ines to be a flawed character who is selfish and who has a bad personality. She even stated in a Twitter post that because she wanted to write Ines flawed, she made Carcel a flawed male lead for her. This is why Korean readers asked her why Carcel cheated because they find it unbelievable. Why would they ask that? It’s because besides the cheating in this final timeline, Carcel is otherwise a good person who has a good heart, is loyal and takes care of his family, servants and all those he cares about. In short, author gave Carcel a flaw to match her flawed female lead.

She probably got to know the real Ines and she rubbed her the wrong way. Novel readers have said many times that the manhwa covered up Ines’s flaws. This is what the novel author said in response to a fan complaint about the way the manhwa erased Ines’s flaws:
Hello XXXXX,
I fully understand what you mean.
But cartoons have limited scenes. That's what might be included.
Perhaps that's why, unlike the novel, Ines' selfish purpose was not emphasized. I am also sad that only carcel has become a bad character unilaterally.
I think they're both flawed people, and they're both bad people. To each other. They are selfish in different ways. Even when they were young, Ines overwhelmingly did. In the past life, too.
So in the early days when the novel was serialized, Ines was also criticized a lot. If carcel is the man who betrayed his fiancee her, Ines is the woman who used her young fiancé her.
I think that the two main characters are both imperfect people. And I think they are a perfect couple who can fill in each other's imperfections. No matter who blames them, each other is the best option for them. The journey to show it was my novel.

Because the novel shows the real Ines with all her feelings and thoughts not like the manhwa that cuts out a bunch of that to make her seem perfect. Even the novel author said she didn't like how the manhwa made her flawless and like the novel author even call Ines a bad girl or girl with bad personality.

It sounds like Ines did more wrong to Carcel when they were young and in their past lives too, but everyone's just shitting on Carcel. Just look at the new chapter, everyone is saying how Carcel's mother said he's not new but no one even talking about how Ines forced an engagement on him pretending to love him when she actually didn't. Those lines were even bolded in the manhwa too. "I know you had zero interest in my son."
To that person who said that they didn't like Ines, may you bump into the corner of the table. Anw, Carcel's mother is so cute I LOVE her
