She’s also literally proved his worries and jealousy was well placed. He always feared losing her to Dietrich and that’s exactly what happened if not exactly how he worried about losing. He was still essentially the lynchpin for their separation.

Okay so the ml’s yandere tendencies aside because the worst of it was triggered by her leaving. I think she overreacted when she found out about Dietrich being alive. At least give him a chance. He did say that he remembered his past during the war. Isn’t it possible he discovered it afterwards? Or seriously thought he was dead so no point looking? This all feels like needless drama.
