I know that but that doesn’t erase the fact that she’s written to be an emotional character. Her reasons to join and be an assassin is a personal vendetta of rage and vindication lol

So her slipping up in the show is to be expected like just right now when she almost got caught sleuthing his laptop and the scene with Davina finding out her tracking history times

Yes l agree. I don't mind the romance at a later date but l find it to early in the story. Does anyone know if there is proof of his wife's death or is it just speculation.

Assassins can absolutely have emotions. Not only did her nanny clearly say her training wasn't finished, there is no rule saying assassin's can't have emotions, they're just supposed to push them down to do their jobs. On top of that, she isn't ONLY an assassin, she shows Mikey live and caring all the time. You watch/read to many fictional assassin stories. In reality, many assassin's are just people who will do anything to make a buck. Trained assassin's are just trained to do their job well, but I've heard (in true crime stories) that assassin's turn clients down all the time for various reasons: they don't align with their political ideals, the person was pregnant and they refused to kill an unborn child who didn't have the capability for wrongdoing, someone clearly vulnerable being threatened but an abusive ex, etc. sure there are assassin's who dgaf, but that doesn't mean none of them do. It's like saying: “all animals bite” ...when some animals don't even have teeth.
