I absolutely adore this

Shima is slowly but surely maturing right in front of our eyes. He’s realising his shortcomings and making sure to they don’t end up messing up his life. He’s finally starting to stop thinking he somehow has to act “as expected” and only think about how people see him. I love how much he admires Mitsumi-chan, how he doesn’t idolise her. Instead, he’d rather be as sincere and focused as her; she inspires him. This story is so freaking human it makes me smile like a dumb bitch.
