Looks like 15 chapters includes Ch.1 Teaser 1, Ch.1 Teaser 2, Ch.1.5, and Ch. 12.6. So it really is over, without any explanation or resolution of what was happening.
I like the story, but part of why I would continue reading is I trusted the author to take it somewhere. They didn't.

"End of Part 1", will there be a part 2? Years ago, I peeked at the raws up to Chapter 11, so I can only hope that by now the author has released more...
Doing a bit of research, according to MyAnimeList, it's finished at 15 chapters. Three more to go, then? Author, I better get some damn answers!
