I saw the raws...It was just a silly misunderstanding and they solved it fast loll i skimmed thru it and translated some pages and it seems like that long haired girlie was just someone's sister. He had some work at a hostess bar and he even took him there the next day he got back.

The next day the long hair girlie came over to the yazuka HQ and talked abt sumn and after that uke confessed that he actually saw him w her and they talked with such a silly atmosphere adhjfkl

So apparently the long hair girlie was just borrowing him cuz others seems to be happy when he's around and yakuza is rare, sumn like that. When she left, uke muttered,

Seme asked if theres anythin else and uke was like nahhh nahh and seme was like just say ittt.... And so he explained abt the other girl.
