Can someone tell me what the fuck happened to amon and urie :-[

Amon was defeated but not killed when Saiko kicked his ass on the island. He's been in CCG custody since then. It appears his injuries have made him a lot stronger.

Urie is now essentially a ghoul, but is under control of the Qs. All of the Qs have limits (aka frames) on their abilities to keep them mostly human. In order to win the fight, Urie released his frames, all of them, and lost his sanity and control over his abilities.
