Totally worth it try reading it
Very well written story with great art to boot. It’s much more complex than a “cheating” story. Serena relies on Fredrick for emotional comfort but you’ll find later on in the story they weren’t really physically intimate. You also have to sympathize with Serena a bit, she’s been coerced into an arranged marriage with someone who isn’t communicating with her at all and who she presumes is the literal enemy to her family’s name and fortune and is fresh off of the tragic death of her entire family. I, too, would seek comfort and stability wherever I could!! It’s not really so morally black and white, and that makes for a compelling story with interesting characters.
Tbh I wouldn’t call it cheating! In the beginning, Serena and Frederic were in relationship all thanks to riser cuz he sent him to her but like somehow he became sus to Serena and she kinda doubting him and now she in finally evolving her relationship with Eiser.
Give me reasons with relevant spoilers to make me continue the cheating story. I want to read enemy to lover, not bratty to cheater.
