Can someone tell me what's going on I'm a bit slow😭

ML has a brother that looks very similar to him not sure if it’s a twin yet. From the latest chapter he had a bunch of classmates beat up MC for hanging out with ML. I’m guessing ML’s brother had jealousy issues and had people beat MC because he warned him not to be around ML any longer. MC was traumatized from this and from the loan sharks that his dad had from debt that he ran away.
