I like to think that a strong homophobic is someone who is, in truth, interested in the same sex. Sometimes you just say something because is what the culture wants you to say. I think that is Siwoncase...and I have a doubt that friend of him is just the same...
I don't really think he was considered a "pseudo homophobic." If you recall, it was with his friend that mentioned rather harshly "disgusting gay people" which prompted Siwon to sort of reluctantly agree without really searching his own personally feelings on this subject.
But what I see is that he finally found his best friend from childhood that cheered him on and helped him through hard times, and if Jinha is gay and his friend thinks it's disgusting, Siwon is forced to choose if he wants to quickly lose that close friendship with someone he once had. Which in the recent chapter shows a good job that he isn't ready to lose that once again and cowardly run away or hide.
Internalized homophobia. It happens to a lot of gay people in families that dont accept and even more in a society that looks down on homosexuality. I feel like the story does a good job on showing that Siwon is at war with himself. (not being able to express himself, not being able to find the right thing to say) That's my take on it, obviously everyone has their own perception. (I don't mean to sound disrespectful or sassy to the op :))
Well jinha really didnt fall for it that easily. i think he thinks that siwon did that just to make their friendship back again. i dont know base from the raws that i saw that's what it looks like

@Yuki Yes he went along with his friend but he yelled "disgusting" at Jihna in other occasion and it seemed that he really meant it, as stupid as it may be . And this old frienship thing is a bit unnatural, i understand they were really close but you wouldn't feel so desperate for someone who was your friend ten years ago (plus, children feelings can be very flebile), i think Siwon just likes Jihna an doesn't want to be honest with himself.

I enjoyed the kiss of course (can't help it), but damn if it was forced. I mean, wasn't Siwon a pseudo-homophobic til few chaps ago? I read some topics where people call this "slow paced" but it seems mainly forced imo. Siwon really isn't able to pick one thing straight for like two chapters. I'm curious to see Jinha reaction, and I hope he doesn't fall for it that easily ╮(￣▽￣)╭
