anyone who would be in this situation would probably act similarly. it's her oldest brother. it's obvious that she loved him a lot so that was why it'd be normal for her to take time to make up a plan yk? and as for canach, what do you want her to do abt him? she only knew him as someone who's really bad. she disliked him so it's normal that she distrusts him. like think of it realistically. but now a lot has changed. you're not truly giving the story a chance unless you read it to the end. unless you do that, you can't fully judge it because you don't have the full picture
Time ? She needed time?? She was stuck as a spitit for YEARS and she needed more time? She saw what her brother did to her and everyone around her personally but still chose him??????
Come on be for real. I like the story too and OP comment should keep on reading cuz it gets real good once you get through the initial chapters, but I'm not going to bullshit her actions in the start as it's 'normal to act like that'. It's not. She was stupid in the beginning but she got over it pretty quickly so yes, this is a story well written and planned.
Really want to get into this, 20 chapters in. But the FL is so stupid it’s haaaard. She knows her brother KILLED her in her previous life, plotted the war. She does absolutely nothing with this information after coming back to life. She doesn’t put eyes on him, doesn’t make sure she knows of the secret meetings with other kingdoms. Doesn’t try to find out who the mage who helped kill her was. Doesn’t do anything toward him to put herself in a better position information or power wise. Yet she’s FAR more distrustful to Canach who only went to war after she was killed. Like, her entire plan, for 20 years. Was just… hope her brother doesn’t kill her this time? Because she has magic she used for border walls. Marry the same man with 0 planning ahead and hope for the best? All that build up for her to have NO plan. That was a wasted 20 years.
The comments hype her up but I’m just not seeing it.
