LOL I was thinking the same thing, until i went back and looked again. I think he was trying to punch the hard bars on the fence. Easy way to blow knuckles (possibly break a few fingers), rattle a fence, and get attention...on way or another.
Same same!! I have a german shepherd and she's huge (45kg) but she's a total sweetheart marshmallow. I can't stand it when people are mean to her or tease her - or even just bark at her - because they think she's a big tough attack dog. Not okay, ever. If a dog's barking at you they're doing their freaking job. There's no excuse at all to be a dick to the dog just because he's a bratty hormonal teenager (︶︿︶)＝凸
