I found domestic/child abuse or negligence and school bullying in literally all manhwas i read. It seems like the awarenesess is raising in Korea and that artists use their works to positively spread the message
I agree with you. Korea is one of the most clever country to make use of media. They may now try to use media to change attitude of their people about violence in family.
Long time ago, when I first watched Korean Drama, I was shocked seeing how hard & many times they beat the family members to punish, no matter genre or age too.
Abusive Parents/Husband again! - This must be a big problem in Korea as we found it in almost all popular manhwa.
The mom has already known about Yeon-Ho's hard time. She acts tough to console the crying Yeon-Ho. But.. Who knows? she may cry really hard being alone later.
