iirc the 2 sets of parents “exchanged” partners and got preggo at the same time so Rikka and Saku were raised like twins but are not blood related

It's been a moment since I read, but I thought Rikka & Saku were twins.
Or did each of their parents (C1 & C2) have an additional kid (other than the first two) that just happens to be the same age and look alike?
