It looks like the plot of this story is the previous life of the girls in The Bad Thinking Diary. This explains why the redhead in TBTD is treated like trash, and the "Lily" (pink hair girl) is so obsessed with Yuna.
I love the illustrations, but the story development is really superficially. The same problem we have in The Bad Thinking Diary.
