Is that skin care specialist a spy ?

I know Ceres would have sharp instinct towards assassins but spies especially spies in Nobel houses are way different from the battlefield people so Ceres might be unfamiliar with their subtler schemes like how MC noticed that the skin care girl doesn't make a sound when she moves and got suspicious but stopped because Ceres didn't react, I doubt the artist put that and that focus on the skin care girl when she was leaving for no reason. Either the Skincare girl is a red herring or she is a spy, just my opinion though.
